Yerba Buena Apartments

Rough grading, wet, and dry utilities for a new multi-family building in Oakland. The site had it's own complexities with building due to being on the border of Oakland and Emeryville, requiring multiple sets of permits, different standards, and different requirements from inspectors.

A major part of the project was the joint trench work which required R20 and R15 scopes and trenching well past the site to underground the utilities.
